Issued to commerate the 80th Anniversary of the creation of the KGB. The Obverse depicts Felix Dzerzhinsky - the founder of Soviet secret police, above the banner "VCHK 80 KGB". The reverse of the medal has "Honour conscience of the Soviet People".
