Rumania Allied Victory Medal

aaaaa The offical Romanian Allied Victory medal, denoted by the artists name in the lower right of the medal, next to 'Japonia', Kristesko, better known as Constantin Kristesko. This medal was produced by an unknown manufacturer, but probably in Paris. The reverse of the medal shows an unbroken chain of 10 countries, reading from the top, these are : Anglia, Belgia, Greecia, Japonia, Serbia, America (obscured by leaves), China, Romania, Italia and Francia. The Approx 300,000 were issued, this number including the much commoner unoffical type 1, 2, 3 and 3a. Unoffical Type 1 is almost identical but omits Kristesko from the design, Type 2 also omits the Kristesko, but also has reverse letters N in ANCLIA, JAPONIA etc. Type 3 is very crude, using C rather than G on the countries.
